I have found FC carpet very professional with market competitive rates. The journey from quotation to fitting was seamless and very satisfactory. After placing the order, the carpet fitter called me half an hour before scheduled time. I didn't have to move Wardobes and beds around as the service was provided by fitters. The quality of the carpet is exceptional at a very competitive rate.i have attached some of the images before and after. The fitting service included adjustment of door height and disposing of old carpet. I would always go back to FC carpets because of quality of service.
Went to buy flooring for my house, excellent service. The owner, Mr. Hassan Afzal, was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I must say they had the best and largest variety in Birmingham and at a competitive price. The team carried out the work very professionally, can't fault them.
I had new vinyl layed in my small hallway and front room today and im delighted with the results. Fc carpets were professional and efficient. The measurements and fitting were done within 3 days and they did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend and will return in the future.
I’ve used NCF Carpets a few times now and they’ve been excellent from start to finish each time. You’ll find it difficult to beat their price, and from choosing the right flooring, to getting it fitted, the whole team are friendly, give genuine advice, and have a team of really good, efficient installers. I had my carpet fitted only two days after ordering, and even asked today’s fitter if he could fit some of the spare carpet on the step down to the cellar, which he did willingly and wouldn’t take any extra fee. Highly recommended.
