We had a great experience with Ellie at Shipley Floor Tonic. She was incredibly friendly and helpful while we were browsing, and helped us narrow things down to a couple of options. Although we initially chose another supplier based on recommendations, that decision quickly turned into a nightmare. At the last minute, I reached out to Ellie for advice, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She was honest, didn’t try to take advantage of the situation, and genuinely just wanted to help. She connected us with excellent fitters who stepped in on moving day, fixed the previous issues, and completed the job to a high standard. We’re genuinely so grateful. Ellie even followed up afterwards to check how everything went, which was a really thoughtful touch. We won’t be going anywhere else in future. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic place! A great choice of quality carpets at a reasonable price. From the moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted by friendly staff whom helped us to choose several samples, Ellie brought these to our home to help us with our final decision. The fitting was done at the agreed time and to a high standard. We would definitely use Floor Tonic, Shipley again and would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. From the moment we visited the showroom, Floor Tonic in Shipley stood out. The showroom is excellent and the staff are genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. My elderly parents were never rushed and were given a truly personalised experience, which was a refreshing change from other companies they had engaged with. Ellie was exceptional. She took the time during the home visit to carefully measure, talk through the process clearly, and make sure my parents felt comfortable and well informed. Her patience, attention to detail and calm approach made a real difference. There is a wide selection of carpets available and, after discussing our needs, we chose an 80% wool carpet with a higher tog rating to provide extra warmth for my parents. We were pleasantly surprised by the price point for the quality, particularly given the wool content. It felt fair, transparent and good value rather than “cheap”. The carpet being available in both 4 and 5-metre widths meant there were no joins, which really improved the overall finish. The turnaround from ordering to fitting was very quick. Communication throughout was clear and reliable, and payment options were straightforward. Everything was handled in a personal, informative and reassuring way. The fitter was extremely proficient and efficient, and the standard of workmanship was excellent. Ellie and her team genuinely went above and beyond to make this work for my parents, and the end result is a home with beautiful, warm, well-fitted carpets throughout. A huge thank you to everyone involved. I would happily recommend Floor Tonic and am very glad we chose them over other cheaper options. The combination of service, quality and value made it the right decision.
