Excellent service from everyone at Flooring Projects. The team are really friendly and helpful, we were happy with the quote given and date set for the installation. The guys who installed the flooring were on time each day, clean and tidy whilst installing the flooring and did everything to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Flooring Projects and all who work there. Very impressed and will definitely be using them in the future.

After looking at several different flooring suppliers, my son suggested I try your company. From beginning, I found Joe to be very helpful and professional. The fitter (Nick) completed the work and did a fabulous job. I am delighted with the outcome. Great customer service and workmanship. Highly, highly recommended.

Strongly recommend Flooring Projects LTD. The team has been incredibly responsive and accommodating for the months of delay on my side. I contracted them for a project late October ahead of completion that ended up dragging until February and the team was so patient and helpful, regularly checking-in for update to schedule the works. The installation of the floorings itself was smooth and straightforward. Nick did a fantastic and efficient job. I'm incredibly pleased with the final result and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Had LVT installed and there was an issue with the nosing on the stairs. They came a few times to resolve it and they couldn’t as they kept cutting it the wrong size. They eventually ran out of tiles to use and said they’d order more to resolve the issue. Fast forward multiple calls and emails where they just gave me the runaround until eventually they told me that the tile used is no longer being manufactured! Ridiculous! EDIT POST RESPONSE: I have multiple unanswered emails from May and messages from June and July of last year. When I called up, I was informed that there was nothing that can be done, as the particular tile was no longer being manufactured, although still "in stock" on your website.

We did chose project flooring to the others coz Simon the owner did seem very nice and professional. We were promised the job will be done by 7 working days or max 10 days but took 5 weeks as it was only one person doing a big area. Once the job was completed Issues after issues, we raised it, they sent the fitter guy back but never was resolved. They were pushing and chasing for the final payments without sorting the problems out! Very unprofessional manners from Mark ( the guy who deals with the payments I believe) we even hanging up the phone on him! Finally after 4 months in total the job was finished! Made the final payment on 12th October, no one was bothered to ring to check if we were happy with everything or not. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.
