Jordan and Frank have been a dream fitting the flooring. They are such great fellas, down to earth, no bother, clean, profession and they have done an outstanding job. Couldn’t recommend them any more. Just brilliant!

DO NOT PURCHASE FLOORING FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought luxury click vinyl from Flooring UK a few years ago and was promised a high quality, hard-wearing product for my kitchen and living area. I spent £1200 on the product as an investment for my new home. We don't wear shoes in our house and have no pets. It was professionally installed. It started to chip and peel after only 2 weeks. I contacted Flooring UK straight away who offered to send me a few spare boards. This was not a solution as the whole floor would need unclicked and refitted at great cost. It is a large floor. After a few years the floor is absolutely ruined. Chipping and cracking everywhere. My children are cutting their feet on it and the company have ignored all my emails. The products are not fit for purpose.
From start to finish our experience with Flooring UK was excellent. From the bright showroom, to our sales coordinator Matt, to great fitting by Rich.
We had herringbone flooring fitted in the hall and living room, and the stairs and landing carpeted. All looks ace.
Very competitive priced and would definitely return.
Flooring UK have fitted our LVT and carpet in the hall and stairs and we are really pleased with it. Mat in the showroom was really helpful throughout the whole process and the fitters did a great job. Would recommend.

Matt has been incredible from start to finish. We first met in the store and he gave us time to look for what we had in mind and assisted us from there with recommendations to suit our budget without losing the design ideas we had. Every step from then on has been met with prompt email/phone communication, even during furlough Matt has been on top of everything. We had to delay the installation a couple of times and this was also managed very well. Thank you so very much Matt, you are a shining example of good customer service and professionalism.
Thank you also to the fitters (Chris - Lino and LVT, Hugh - Carpet and Rich - Trimmed Doors) all highly skilled - great job!
