We do ask customers to visit the store first to ensure we have what you want.

2 months agoThanks so much to Shaun and the fantastic father and son fitters he booked to lay new flooring in my Dads flat. After unexpected additional expenses, I didn’t think I could afford the flooring we felt the flat needed, until FlooringUK was recommended to me. Sean was helpful and professional all the way through, as were the lovely fitters. Making everything very easy & what a bargain too. It’s completely transformed the flat & so easy to keep clean After living with it for a few weeks, it’s wearing well and cleaning it is so much easier. Sean could not have been more helpful , everything was done with professionalism the price was good and everything was done exactly as promised, Steve the fitter and his mate did a great job fitting the carpets, and left the place spotlessly clean when they finished! I would most definitely recommend flooring UK to anyone who needs flooring.

Quality workmanship, great communication and really helpful with whole process. Highly recommend, I’ve now got my dream downstairs and stairs done quickly and brilliant quality too. At a great price. Highly highly recommended.

8 months agoShaun understood our requirements well and directed us to a good solution. After we visited the store the first time, he recognised us a couple of weeks later when we returned. He remembered our names and the ranges and samples we had been interested in, which frankly I found amazing!!

4 years agoFlooring Uk Southport, thank you so much for the service you have provided! From start to finish, it has been an easy process. To Isaac and Kieran in the sales team at the store you guys have excellent customer service skills, service with a smile! To Hughie and his son Danny the instillation fitters, smooth seamless service. Received a text prior to them arriving , it only took a couple of hours to fit the landing stairs and three bedroom carpets, and the carpet looks stunning! They were clean, tidy and respectable, and they made sure that the carpet was installed to a high standard and even installed new gripper rods on the stairs for free. Hughie gave me the off cuts to the carpet as there was a little too much due to the off cuts from fitting and suggested to make some rugs out of, so I’ll be definitely be doing this idea! Thank you once again to all the team , finally made our house feel like a home!
