Even though we weren’t entirely sure what we needed at the start, the team was incredibly accommodating and took the time to explain the different carpets and runners available. They were always available to answer our questions and kindly provided additional photos to help us visualise our ideas.
Once we made our decision, everything moved very efficiently — measuring and cutting the carpet took only a few hours, and within a week we had arranged the installation, which was completed in just a few hours.
We’re extremely happy with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend their services. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!
I couldn’t be happier with the work Floor Masters did on my flooring! As you can see from my before and after photos, the transformation is incredible. I removed the old carpet and had laminate flooring installed, and the results speak for themselves…the room looks brighter, more modern, and so much more spacious.
The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The team was punctual, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what they do. Every detail was handled with care, and the finish is flawless. I’ve had so many compliments already!

Excellent, Thankyou to Shah and the team. A clean, tidy and professional installation. I was expecting chunks gone out of the walls after the install but no damage. So pleased with the result and also shah was very patient after I changed the delivery/install date twice. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. Fair and reasonable pricing also.
Really responsive and flexible. Plenty of options and although the first choice we made wasn’t available they sourced an even nicer alternative. And the fitting team were unbelievable. So professional. Would recommend
