After recently completing some work within the Floors2u showroom, I decided to use them for carpeting in my newly purchased bungalow. The team provided great prices, friendly service, and the installation was completed quickly and professionally. The fitters also ensured everything was cleaned and hoovered afterwards, which was a great touch.

Really pleased with our new LVT flooring. We had herringbone fitted through the hallway and kitchen and the finish is spot on. The fitters were friendly, turned up when expected and took care with all the little details. The floor has completely changed the look of the downstairs. Would happily recommend. PS I think they enjoyed the daily sausage sandwich lol.
Quality Service from Start to Finish+++
‘Floors2U’ were recommend to us from a friend in Essex who had used their services before, even though we live in Kent we went over to Essex to see what they could do for us. We are so pleased we made the effort to do so as we had undergone a complete house renovation and added a new loft space so there was a whole house that needed new flooring.
The service from start to finish was excellent, from fully understanding our requirements and showing us the amazing number of options available to us to choose from. ‘Floors2U’ even brought many different samples we had chosen to our home so we could see them in situ to help with the decision-making process. The fitting teams were also really professional and very considerate when working our home.
For downstairs we went with a herringbone LVT floor with a border plank and a 3mm walnut trim. ‘Floors2U’ also prepared the base for a latex layer before fitting the luxury vinyl tile.
For the 4 bedrooms and stairway we went with a lovely high-quality carpet and again we are so pleased with the outcome and professionalism of ‘Floors2U’ I can’t recommend them highly enough, nothing was too much trouble.

From start to finish I can’t fault the service i received Charlotte was lovely and made the whole process so easy. The fitter turned up on time and made it look easy. I love the new bedroom and lounge carpet, it’s good quality at a price people can afford. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
