I can't rate the team at Griffiths & May highly enough. From start to finish the whole process was friendly and professional. Fantastic customer service. Excellent advice. Adam explained and made recommendations on suitable products. Adam, Darren and Jason who fitted my floor took real pride in their work to ensure the fit and final result was perfect and Stella was brilliant with follow-up phone calls to check I was happy at every step. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I'm bowled over by how fantastic my new floor looks and the extra attention to detail and customer service left me feeling really pleased I chose Griffiths & May. I would highly recommend!

Daren and team were exceptional with preparing and fitting the herringbone style floor - looks amazing and we’re so very pleased with the end product. I was recommended Griffiths & May by a good friend which suggested them for carpets. The experience been brilliant. Good choices of carpets and very friendly staff. Adam is the man to ask for his very good and looks after you. We purchased carpets and laminated living room floor and we gladly spent the price which was reasonable for what we got. We have done almost the entire house. All productus used are to the highest standards and we did rely on Adam's knowledge and expertise to get everything right. I will recommend them 1000%. Also a massive thank you to Adam the owner for his £50 donation for children's with cancer UK. What a nice thing to do. I work for Kwik-Fit and this year Kwick-fit will raise 1 million pound for children's with cancer UK and to do that we are asking some local business to support. Griffiths and May kindly donated £50 which is most welcome. I can't tell you how wonderful this business is. Thank you for the work you did for me and thank you for showing the level of care to donate the £50. Top quality business. More recently I have asked Adam to help me out with some squicky floors and need the carpets lifted and use some special screws to reduce the noise, Adam come out twice to help me which again is a credit to the kindness of human being. You can't find such good people this day's but rest assured Adam and his team are wonderful. Thank you for everything
