Great experience with this company who recently laid 3 LVT floors for me. The whole process started with looking at samples and some great information from the very knowledgeable Amy. Matt then made several home visits to advise further and to provide quotes. Next the floor preparation was meticulous. Finally the fitting. The floors look fabulous and Matt and the team are clearly perfectionists.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Hatchers flooring again.
I recently had new carpets fitted by Hatcher Flooring in my lounge, on the landing and down my stairs, in my bedroom, study and in the loft. Matt and his colleagues did a fantastic job. They were very clean, tidy, polite and professional. They moved all my furniture for me and got rid of all my old carpet. Amy was really helpful too, helping me choose what I wanted, organising fitting dates and changing them when I wasn't well. I would heartedly recommend them, especially as they are a family firm.

As i wasnt sure on what i wanted Amy gave me as much time as i needed as well as letting me take carious sample books home to try. Her knowledge on finish and colour was exactly what i needed to be able to make a decision.
Matt and colleague did a fantastic job fitting it and the finish it impectable! They were so quick and tidy, unfazed by having to move furniture and working around our things!
I would highly recommend this company, and will have them back to do more!!

We are very pleased with our new flooring to the Entrance Hall, Stairs and Landing at our Offices.

We had quite a complex requirement with flooring to go through our hall, corridor and on to a utility room as well as flow into our kitchen. The house is a 1950s dormer bungalow with concrete floors, and the kitchen was later extension with differing floor level to the rest of the house. Amy helped us choose a Quickstep Laminate that we really liked the width and colour of.Matt and team then spent the first couple of days sorting out floor levels.
When the floor started going down, we realised that the chosen underlay was not as good at sound insulation as we wanted. We talked to Matt about this and the following morning he came with a higher spec underlay that proved to be much better. The rest of the installation was carried out with great professionalism and we would recommend Hatcher without hesitation.
