Fabulous service from start to finish. Katrina (in store) was so friendly and accommodating, keeping us updated of delivery dates, etc, plus a courtesy reminder two days before the fitting of our carpet. Dan was great (especially as he was flying solo on a very hot day!) and did such a neat job. He even hoovers up afterwards 👍🏻 Will definitely be using Image Flooring Benfleet again and thoroughly recommend. Thanks so much!
I had a wonderful experience with Image Flooring. Dean and Katrina were very professional throughout the entire process and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in my kitchen floor at a reasonable price. When it was time to have the floor installed, Neil their fitter did a fantastic job.
I would certainly recommend their services!
Amazing service from start to finish, Katrina was so helpful on every question we had and walking in to the flooring be complete when we returned from holiday was a dream to walk into on…..although my boys wanted to stay and help Neil lay the floor, who did an amazing job laying the double herringbone, so pleased with it!

Good service/ prices/ choice from Image Flooring. Katrina in the Benfleet shop really helpful at all times. Good measuring service from dean who got it spot on in our rickety old house. Not the first time we have used them along with our children in there houses. Highly recommend.
