Returned to Image Flooring for hall/stairs/landing. Sent Katrina some photos of what I was looking for and she sent me some photos of carpets I might like. I was amazed to see the choice down at the showroom. What I like most about Image Flooring is owner Dean and everyone who works there is so knowledgeable. They helped me to choose the right wool carpet for the stairs and landing. Fitted expertly by Page who again made certain suggestions and adjustments to improve the look. After consulting with Dean we decided to continue the herringbone LVT into the hallway so Neil was back round to expertly fit. Image Flooring you have surpassed yourselves - thank you!
Fantastic experience with Image Flooring for my lounge. I wanted LVT flooring as it’s hard wearing. I visited the showroom and Dean advised me and helped me choose the colour and style. Katrina arranged for my lounge to be measured and fitting to be booked. Neil the fitter was very professional and experienced and did an amazing job. I’m so pleased with the finished floor. Highly recommend Image Flooring for a professional service from start to finish at a reasonable price. Thank you I will be back!

Good service/ prices/ choice from Image Flooring. Katrina in the Benfleet shop really helpful at all times. Good measuring service from dean who got it spot on in our rickety old house. Not the first time we have used them along with our children in there houses. Highly recommend.
