I’ve been meaning to write this review for Interior Decisions Carpets & Flooring because they absolutely deserve the praise! We first used them about three years ago to fit LVT flooring on our ground floor, and they did such a great job that we didn’t hesitate to call them again for a bigger project—three bedrooms, the staircase, and the landing. From the very first moment James, the owner, was helpful, patient and understood our requirements. He gave us all the time we needed to pick out the perfect flooring and then he suggested the most suitable options for our project. Once we settled on what we wanted, James gave us a really competitive quote. What I appreciated most was how flexible he was with our schedule. We had some other commitments, so he kindly agreed to split the installation into three separate sessions. Then, when an unexpected issue popped up with the staircase, James sorted it out by arranging a fourth session at no extra cost. That kind of service is hard to find! The end result? Honestly, it’s stunning! We’re over the moon with how everything turned out. It’s been three months since the first stage and two weeks since the job was fully completed, and there’s not a single snag to report. Everything looks perfect and feels so well done. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Dave, the fitter. He was brilliant - great job mate! I didn’t even need to be home during the project, which made things so much easier. We have an elderly cat, and Dave was very understanding, following our instructions to make sure Cookie was fine. In short, we’re thrilled with Interior Decisions. It’s a local, independent business, and the level of customer service blows big chain companies out of the water. We’d recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. The whole service from James and his team was top class. After the initial measuring and discussion, we visited the store in Fleet and found the carpet and floor we loved. James expertly explained the differences in type of floor and carpet. The quote came through quickly and the date was set for the following week, much faster than anticipated. A pleasant surprise. I have to say that the service provided by James at Interior Decisions in Fleet was top notch. His fitters were great too. We had some lovely LVT fitted in our bathroom first. We also ordered carpets for our house back in December last year, then ran into an issue at the end of our house renovation. This was two days before the carpets were due to be fitted! James was so understanding when we called him and also stored our carpets for 7 months until we could get them fitted! Not many companies would do that. James was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process, we honestly can't recommend him and his business highly enough. We now have our new carpets fitted and love them. Thank you James. I could not recommend James and the installer Ricky enough. James managed to find a slot to fit us in after being let down by a high street chain. He went above and beyond to get us sorted. Also a brilliant selection of options. Thank you so much for your help! We absolutely love it.

We recently had new flooring installed and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. Dave, who fitted it, was fantastic from start to finish - very professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. The quality of the installation was excellent and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. James, the owner, was also great to deal with. Communication was clear and easy throughout the whole process, which made everything run smoothly. We were really happy to support and use a local company. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering new flooring.
