From the moment I walked into the shop, James made me feel completely confident that he would find exactly what I was looking for — and he absolutely did! His professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly approach were second to none. The quality of the flooring is outstanding, and the service from start to finish was exceptional. Every detail, from helping me choose the perfect style to arranging the fitting, was handled with care and expertise. The fitting itself was done to perfection — smooth, efficient, and beautifully finished. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result and couldn’t be happier. James truly went above and beyond, and I won’t be going anywhere else for flooring in the future!

From initially visiting the shop to look at LVT flooring through to the installation and follow up customer care, James was brilliant. It took me a while to decide what flooring I wanted, but James talked me through the various options and allowed me to borrow some large samples so that I could view them in my own home. Once decided, the job was booked in, and it all went ahead without any hitches. Ricky the fitter did a fantastic job – he talked me through the layout process and finished it beautifully. It looks better than I could ever have imagined, and I’m so pleased with it. I can’t recommend them both enough. Thank you!

Having engaged a local carpet company in 2024 to supply and fit our carpet at the end of a major renovation, we were left nearly a year later with 3 disastrous failed attempts to fit the stair runner and a damaged staircase. In desperation we asked James to visit and advise on the viability of a successful fit of the runner. From his first visit, despite being appalled at the state our stairs had been left in, he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and confident that he could supply and fit the runner to our specification. He swiftly found and secured the last piece of our by then discontinued carpet, talked us through the taping process and options and arranged a date for the initial fit of the landing and measuring and cutting of the runner. Ricky the fitter arrived promptly and was fabulous, professional and reassuring at all stages. He fitted the landing carpet and consulted us as he prepared the runner, which was very reassuring. A week later Ricky returned with the taped runner and talked us through the fitting process step by step ensuring we were happy all the way through. The end result is just perfect……superb……amazing ……and just what we wanted. I just wished we had found Interior Decisions a year ago and saved ourselves the stress and disappointment caused by the incompetence of the previous company. 5 stars and highly recommended.

I am so pleased with the work that James and his team have done. They worked with me to find a solution within my budget and we were booked in within two weeks of placing the deposit. The fitters were friendly and efficient and the laminate is of incredible quality. I’ll be coming back when my carpets need doing!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for Interior Decisions Carpets & Flooring because they absolutely deserve the praise! We first used them about three years ago to fit LVT flooring on our ground floor, and they did such a great job that we didn’t hesitate to call them again for a bigger project—three bedrooms, the staircase, and the landing. From the very first moment James, the owner, was helpful, patient and understood our requirements. He gave us all the time we needed to pick out the perfect flooring and then he suggested the most suitable options for our project. Once we settled on what we wanted, James gave us a really competitive quote. What I appreciated most was how flexible he was with our schedule. We had some other commitments, so he kindly agreed to split the installation into three separate sessions. Then, when an unexpected issue popped up with the staircase, James sorted it out by arranging a fourth session at no extra cost. That kind of service is hard to find! The end result? Honestly, it’s stunning! We’re over the moon with how everything turned out. It’s been three months since the first stage and two weeks since the job was fully completed, and there’s not a single snag to report. Everything looks perfect and feels so well done. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Dave, the fitter. He was brilliant - great job mate! I didn’t even need to be home during the project, which made things so much easier. We have an elderly cat, and Dave was very understanding, following our instructions to make sure Cookie was fine. In short, we’re thrilled with Interior Decisions. It’s a local, independent business, and the level of customer service blows big chain companies out of the water. We’d recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
