Thank you so much for the excellent service received - from quote to fitting all within 3 days !
James and his colleague were excellent at quote stage, professional but friendly, quick and efficient.
To be quoted on the spot and be lucky enough for a slot to be free 2 days later was amazing. You've made the whole process so simple.
Also excellent communication by text and email at all stages.
The fitters that came today were excellent; Allen and Rowan. They were friendly efficient and clearly care about doing a great job, thoughtful about using clear sealant along the brick feature walls and white along painted walls - these details make all the difference ! The room looks so good I am really happy.
I will definitely recommend James For Carpets to friends and will be using you for future work.
Thanks so much!
Yesterday James for carpets fitted a new living room carpet for my elderly mother. The fitters were professional very helpful and cleared up so well after the fitting. Moved furniture for Mum which was a godsend. Would definitely recommend and use this company again
Very friendly and good quality work for a very reasonable price! James was able to squeeze us in just a few days after he came to quote due to some cancellations. Lads were very efficient and were done in no time. Very positive experience, would recommend. Hope to get them back in to do the rest of the house when ready!
Highly recommend, James and the team have fitted three rooms for us now and every time they have been polite and professional, with a great range of options. Prices are fair and we've always been fitted in the diary in good time. They leave the place very tidy and always check we're happy before leaving. Our go-to carpet fitters!
