An excellent, friendly and professional service from all at J&J Carpets. We chose J&J Carpets as they are a local, family run business and we made the right choice. John came out for a home visit and talked us through all the options including the pros and cons for each carpet and underlay. We visited the showroom to confirm our choices and John and Jess were more than happy to chat about our choices. They were fantastic with communication and kept us up to date throughout the entire process even when the fitter was delayed. The carpet fitting was excellent and the house was left spotless – thank you to Jamie. We highly recommend J&J carpets and would be more than happy to use their services again.

It was obvious he knew what he was doing and the job was done quickly but efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
