We recently used K&A Flooring for new carpets in the upstairs of our house. From start to finish the service was great. Luke was incredibly helpful in helping us choose the carpet and getting our rooms measured for fitting. He was also very accommodating on dates when we decided to change our minds relatively last minute on how and when we wanted the carpets fitted. The fitters were also great - very punctual and friendly and fitted the carpets exactly how we wanted. Would highly recommend!

We have used K&S numerous times. To be honest we would not go anywhere else. We always prefer to support local businesses and their prices are competitive against the big chain stores. We had three floor's worth of stairs, each floor with a large landing, carpeted by Luke's team recently. As with all other occasions we have used them, they turned up when promised, did the job well within the timescale promised and are the tidiest tradesmen you could wish for. We completely trust them and left them in the house whilst we were out. They just get on with it. We asked if they could leave some of the old carpet as we wanted to cut a piece off for the garage at some point. Once we did this I asked Luke if they would mind coming to take away the remainder which they made a special journey to do. Could not ask for more.
Couldn’t recommend Luke and K&A flooring enough. We had our whole 1st floor and stairs re carpeted and Luke was so helpful with advising us on our staircase runner.
The fitters were clean, tidy and very professional.
