The whole process was seamless — the team is incredibly responsive, timely and helpful throughout. Luke did an excellent job on the installation itself, and we will absolutely be repeat customers. It was certainly the right decision to use Keith Harris Carpets. From our first in the shop to telephone support to the actual laying of our bedroom carpet and our Amtico flooring downstairs the service has been faultless. Luke and Danny are absolutely professional, thoughtful and a pleasure to have had in our home. They made, what could have been a stressful experience, one of complete faith in their work and their care and attention to detail were second to none. Would we use them again - WITHOUT DOUBT.

The team at KHCF provided an exceptional service, replacing all my flooring with Amtico LVT and carpets. Gina, Danny and Luke were friendly, knowledgeable and their attention to detail, teamwork and customer service far exceeded my expectations. My house has been transformed and I highly recommend this company.
Anyone living in Purley please DO NOT use this firm. I originally chose KH to support my local business. I had a carpenter on site laid the carpet on loose floor boards. I was first concerned that after spending nearly £9k they didn’t even check if I was happy with the work. I went in today to bring it to their attention and they could not be bothered to even look into it. Paul Marsh was dismissive and showed no signs of looking into it.
