Thought the company was great from start to finish. Mandy at the showroom was lovely and had alot of knowledge. Marc was very professional and helpful when he came round to give us an estimate. Then bob was the man who laid our floors and we found him to be a really lovely, honest and friendly chap with lots of experience and again great knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble.we are really happy and would definitely recommend
Poorly managed company. Reasonably priced, great up front, Mandy very helpful, even the fitters were nice guys. However the quality of finish left a bit to be desired. Floors were not level around the edges and looked terrible when skirting board was put in. When I asked for a surveyor to come and inspect and try to remedy the issue. NEVER heard another word. Good at chasing the money though!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My elderly parents used the company, and we have been chasing them since 2023 to finish the job. Antico flooring laid, it was bumpy, came back to fix and left gaps. Edges were not sealed at the time of flooring being laid, although told it would be when visiting for the quote. Has now stopped answering calls and emails. Appalling service for expensive product and preying on the vulnerable.
This is the third time I have used Kent flooring Marc the director is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. His prices have always been competitive. Mandy who runs the showroom is really nice and very helpful, her advice is extremely useful when it comes down to what medium to use for different rooms. We had the Dining room, Living room hallway and staircase fitted these time it was a large job and took two days to complete. Barry and Lee the fitters were absolutely brilliant and the standard of finish is first rate. Highly recommended and will use them again.
Just had to say what a great service I had from Kent flooring, nothing was too much trouble and Mandy in the showroom was really helpful and found an alternative flooring when the one we ordered was out of stock. Mark came around and measured and let me arrange the day I needed the floor fitted and quoted a very competitive price. Finally, Bob the fitter was fast , efficient and a craftsman the floor looks great. Look forward to doing more business with them. Many thanks
