This was our third time using this company. Once again we had good friendly service in purchase and survey. We thought the costs were very competitive. Appointments made to suit us. Installation was very well done by a friendly and professional fitter. Really appreciated the service including help in moving kitchen appliances and furniture! Floor again looks fantastic. All rubbish removed and cleaned up after the job. Highly recommend.

Wow! Thank you so much for a fantastic job installing our new Amtico flooring and carpets in our new house! All the guys were so helpful from start to finish, and the fitters were very tidy workers and polite. Will definatly recommend to all our family and friends.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received! Firstly, I had to chase them for a week to receive a quote after measuring my house even though I was promised I will get it done in the next 2 days. After receiving the quote, which was way over the prices I was told upon our initial conversation, I sent an email apologising I wouldn't be using their fitting service because the price was over my budget. However, I still wanted to buy the laminate from them because we liked the quality and the colour. Over the next 2 weeks, I was chasing them over the phone and via email asking if they had this type of laminate in stock, when it could be delivered, etc. I have never received a reply to my emails and every time I called I was told "I am sorry I don't deal with laminate, I will get someone to call you back" and of course no one did. I don't understand how the main customer service line of a flooring shop can't answer simple questions and check stock availability. Ultimately, the lack of response resulted in the loss of a potential order valued at nearly £2,000. The company should consider enhancing its customer service and sales training. I am glad things turned out this way, I can't imagine what would be like having such neglected people doing the renovation of your house.
Kentish flooring have just laid a new Amtico floor in our kitchen/diner. To say we are delighted with the result would be an understatement. The craftsmanship shown by Aaron the fitter was superb, very friendly and helpful, we cannot praise him enough. Massive thanks to all at Kentish flooring, brilliant service.
