Initially visited this establishment because I was let down on an online order from carpets direct. So I visited this store on the same day and they had exactly what I was looking for. Problem solved and great quality and price.
Second visit today as there is no point going online when we have this company.
Walked in and immediately greeted and shown to exactly what I was looking for. After enough time to browse another sales person approaches me. 5 minutes later I am leaving the store with exactly what I came in for and for a very good price. I wish there were more stores like Kings Carpets.
Great local company, whole process fros selection of samples through to the guy who came to fit was really easy. Would highly recommend! Sad I know but I do love my hoover lines!!
What a fabulous service, i had the wrong delivery from a supplier in Taunton and so drove down this morning to Kings in Barnstaple and they could not have been more helpful. Found me what I actually wanted in the container, took it out measured, cut and folded, loaded up my vehicle and now on my way back where the fitter is waiting. Cannot recommend highly enough, such professional and helpful and friendly staff. Thank you.
Outstanding sales experience with Jack who assisted us and advised us through our order. Professional and very easy going, simple process to get our flooring requirements measured up, ordered and installed. Our fitter was EXCELLENT who did a fantastic, fast job and even managed to finish the work earlier than expected! Would definitely recommend.
From the first instance….KINGS CARPETS were excellent and provided a professional service..; nothing was too much trouble from fair advice on choosing the most suitable flooring for my requirements….the fitters were equally as professional….extremely polite and hard working..,I can not recommend KINGS CARPETS enough…!!!!
