We have had the bedrooms carpeted by Kings who have been fantastic. From the first visit to look at samples to the end when everything was finished they have been so helpful. We live in an old house and had a few problems with the floors so it took longer than expected but we were never hassled. The carpet fitters were amazing dealing with a house that has no straight lines and lots of quirks. Thank you Jack, Wayne and Dave for a great job!
Great local company, whole process fros selection of samples through to the guy who came to fit was really easy. Would highly recommend! Sad I know but I do love my hoover lines!!
Super pleased of our carpet purchasing experience with Kings Carpets. About £1k cheaper than Tapi without the “buy today we can knock £500 off the price” pushy sales tactics. Front the estimator, office staff to the brilliant fitters who treated our home with respect and did an awesome job. We are very happy customers.
Outstanding sales experience with Jack who assisted us and advised us through our order. Professional and very easy going, simple process to get our flooring requirements measured up, ordered and installed. Our fitter was EXCELLENT who did a fantastic, fast job and even managed to finish the work earlier than expected! Would definitely recommend.
We had a new lounge and hall carpet installed by King's Carpets. A great experience from start to finish. Really pleased with every aspect of their service. A special mention to their fitters who moved lots of furniture to get the carpet laid. Great job and would strongly recommend!
