We found Kingsway Carpets by chance. Another trader who wanted to charge us double for a similar carpet couldn't fit us in with the timeline we were working to, we called around and found Kingsway. Their customer service was fantastic - two very friendly and helpful chaps in the shop. They helped us choose a carpet which looks great. The fitter did a fantastic job. We've had previous jobs done by other companies where the thresholds have come loose, not in this case. They used brushed brass thresholds. They look fantastic. The carpets fitted very well, no fraying on a difficult floor. Couldn't recommend higher. We'll definitely be using them again.
Used these guys for years, the bedroom carpets still great and we just had stairs done. From getting the measuring date to getting it fitted, was frictionless experience. Fitter was good people and done lovely job. Ta KC
I highly recommend Kingsway carpets. The team in the shop were extremely helpful and walked us through the different types of LVT flooring and carpet options available to us.
During our search for flooring and carpets I received several quotes and Kingsway were by far the best value for money.
I was particularly impressed with the service I received from Neil and the Kingsway team. We kept in contact through WhatsApp and his communication and availability throughout the whole fitting process was excellent. Additionally, the team were quick to help rectify snags during the fitting process, and even came back to fix some of the flooring that we scratched when moving the furniture.
Overall, we had a really great experience with Kingsway!
Kingsway laid my hall, stairs and landing carpet and I couldn’t be happier. They were reliable, quick and trustworthy as I had to leave them on their own in my house. The prices were the best around and the quality of the carpet is very good. I couldn’t recommend them more
So pleased with our new carpet! My mum liked it so much that she went into the shop the next day and ordered the same as mine but a different colour...Super helpful team at Kingsway Carpets. Great communication, service and really quick measure up/fitting service. We had a bit of an issue after installation and so we popped into the shop the next day, again, the team were super friendly and helpful. It's really nice to support a local business too. We're looking forward to getting the rest of the carpets replaced in our house now. Thanks guys. :)
