What an excellent family business, Les was so helpful when we visited the store and when he came to measure up for new Hall- Stairs and landing carpet for us.
The carpet was ordered and fitted within two weeks by fitters Mat and Dan who did an excellent job and their workmanship is outstanding and the newly laid carpet looks great.
Once again Many thanks to Les and his team at Bromborough they are certainly worth a visit to see their carpet showroom.
Les Hill’s have just installed Amtico flooring in a herringbone style. The results are amazing. Les and Chris are two of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. They’re professional, reliable, and the finish is flawless. Wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else the next time we need carpets or flooring.
We used Les's company to lay some new Amtico flooring following a defect that became apparent once we moved into to our relatively newly built property. In short it seemed the compound used in the original flooring had not been allowed to dry out properly and had started to break up & lift the existing flooring. Chris prepared a thoroughly professional report which enabled us to claim for the defect via the NHBC. The final result was a longer process than I had anticipated but well worth the wait. The existing flooring had to be all pulled up, the top screed ground off and relaid then the Amtico laid on in a herringbone pattern, which now looks fabulous.
Excellent service and quality. Les and his team, especially Matt, the carpet fitter, we're friendly and efficient. The whole experience from picking the carpet, measuring up, taking the old carpet away, to fitting the new carpet in the dining room, lounge, hall, stairs and landing, was superb. We will definitely be going back when it's time for other rooms in the house. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We needed a new landing and stair carpet, but we have a stairlift. No problem for Les Hill's. We went in to the shop and picked the carpet. Les came and measured up and provided a quote including removal of the old carpet. Les liaised with our stairlift engineer and coordinated a date for the fitting.
The fitter and engineer arrived within ten minutes of each other and the job was completed in four hours. Matt the carpet fitter was friendly, he removed the old carpet and cleaned up and then skillfully laid the new carpet.
We would highly recommend Les Hill's. Friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional. A pleasure to do business with.
