We used Linx flooring for the first time and couldn’t be happier with the result. The company from start to finish have been very professional and the quality of their fitting is A1. Jo was extremely helpful and fitted us in within our time frame. And Steve the fitter was amazing re-fitting our old carpets after we recently had heating installed. He also fitted 2 x new carpets in other areas which was better than I imagined. Thanks again to Linx flooring I will be using you again.
I met Tristan through a networking event. He and his team were shortly after engaged on a project with me for one of my most important clients. Everyone on that job commented how professional Tristan and his boys were and how they just cracked on and worked really fast and were fun to have around too. As a result of that I have since given Lynx 3 more floors to do and there is 2 more coming in the next month. I wouldn't use anyone else now. My business works with luxury retailers in London mainly and we work in Harrods, Selfridges, HN and we count clients like the LVMH and Kering groups, Victoria Beckham, Golden Goose, to name some. So I know what excellent needs to look like and Lynx clearly do too!!!
An absolute pleasure to have Steve and his son at our home, Jo was lovely from the moment I called ro picking a flooring that suited in the showroom, was very undecided so when Steve came to measure he bought the samples that we had chosen, samples were roughly 1/2 a meter square so you could really get a vision.. turned up on time, very gracious with any questions or anxiety on having a change..
In and out in great time, not a speck of rubbish left and the dust I could barely find any..
Absolute pleasure to have in our home... flooring is amazing easy to clean and not 1 imperfection! Well done to a lovely family run buisness, your reputation is the best around and I'm sure that will proceed.
We recently used Linx Flooring to have our three bedrooms done at home and the landing. We found from the first phone call made to the shop, Jo really helpful to the service from Steve on fitting just excellent. Everything was dealt with very professional, and we found the service very helpful. We also was pleased with how quickly we had the carpets fitted. Highly recommend and we would use again.
