Thank you to the team at Lisnasure Home Store for supply of beautiful carpet, curtains and lamp stand to brighten up our hall, landing and stairs. Several home visits required for measuring up and fitting along with storage until we were ready for fitting. Thanks especially to Linda for her patience.
Between Dromore and Lurgan .Walked in had a lovely friendly greeting I think maybe owner .Another Lady came out asking what we were looking for and obviously suggesting this that etc.No pressure, try this or try this if not maybe this ..Never as relaxed shopping no pressure Disabled access massive show room but holding that personal touch not as a multi National employing staff but definitely the stock to match them .5*
I don’t often post reviews but I have to share my excellent experience here. Mervin was so kind, taking many (long!) calls to help me choose our mattress and bed. He offered fantastic advice which I’m very glad I took. The price was unbeatable too. Janine and Linda were also very friendly and helpful anytime I called. Thank you so so much to you all.
I visited the store - travelling from Ballymena - on the recommendation of a friend. I found the lady assistant extremely unwelcoming and unhelpful. I was made to feel like a nuisance despite being the only customer in the store at the time. On leaving I went to Alana Interiors and couldn’t have had a more different experience with helpful, pleasant staff. I will not be back in Lisnasure. First impressions do count.
Very nice when ordering and good quality flooring. I was happy with all but one room as the floor was lifting up - Philip came out to see the issue and said he would come back to me in a few weeks to get it sorted but never heard from him again in spite of messages and emails which is a pity because it was otherwise a good experience.
