Llawr Limited

I’m so pleased I used Llawr. It’s a young business and as ever you never know what may happen. In doing the house up we have used many trades but I have to say we have been well looked after by Tom. All my questions have been answered all the way through. Particularly good communication! The fitters were good and the carpets look great. I wanted good quality for main rooms and hall, but a little used side room done a bit cheaper. I got good advice and it looks well and match’s. Tom also got a couple of mats done with the left over carpet, they were worth it too. I liked the planning, Tom has a tool that measures out and plans maximum use of all the carpet. I went in store a couple of times as I was concerned with some questions but again Tom and his wife put me at ease. I would definitely use again if I wanted any type of flooring as they have options for your budget. But I’m glad I went for the good stuff, it’s beautiful, (and British!)

From the moment we walked in, Tom was brilliant. Friendly, honest, and really helpful. We were just completing on our new build when we found Llawr, and nothing was too much trouble. The flexibility, choice, and pricing were all great to see and took the stress out of picking. There’s a fantastic range in the shop and Tom’s advice on what would work best was spot on. The flooring looks perfect and was fitted by an excellent fitter who went above and beyond, even vacuuming the carpets at the end to leave that showroom finish. We’ve already been in touch to get the rest of the bathrooms done, and we only moved in yesterday! Would highly recommend - 10/10 service, quality, and price.

We wanted new flooring for our lounge so we went to The Flooring Studio to speak to Paul and Joyce. However, they have retired and Tom has opened Llawr flooring in their old shop. From the moment we walked in, Tom made us feel at ease and helped us choose exactly which flooring we wanted. A few weeks later the fitters (Zak, Matt and Steff) arrived. Zak explained the process and cracked on. They very professional, very tidy and before I knew it our superb new floor was finished. We are extremely happy with the floor and our entire experience with Llawr flooring. We’ll definitely be using them again.

From the very first meeting we had a great impression of Llawr and quickly knew they were the company we could trust with our project. Tom was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and communication throughout the whole process was excellent, keeping us fully informed at every stage. Zak and the rest of the team were equally impressive - hardworking, polite and clearly very skilled at what they do. The price was very reasonable, especially for the quality of the work, and they were incredibly accommodating when we needed to work to a tight deadline. They went above and beyond, putting in long hours to help us move back into the rooms as planned. We are absolutely delighted with our new LVT flooring and would highly recommend Llawr to anyone! Absolutely first class experience with Tom and the fitters with flooring for my Mum’s house. Tom helped me choose suitable and practical flooring and gave great advice (and a coffee). Due to it being an old house the fitting was tricky but the fitters did a brilliant job, worked like trojans and Tom was on hand as well to iron out snags. Really pleased with it and my mum is delighted. Looks great and we’ll definitely use Llawr again.
