I have used Mark in two separate houses now. Quick to react to messages, comes out quickly to do quotes, drops off examples of different flooring if you ask him too. Work is stunning. Highly recommend

Mark & his team have carpeted practically every room in my house over the course of the last 12 months. Amazing service, really responsive in terms of coming out to measure up/ provide carpet samples and quick fitting times once the order is placed. Over the years Mark has fitted me a few floors, mainly carpets and laminate but nothing like this!!!! After a leak in our kitchen we decided to have the same look throughout and WOW! He really has transformed our home. Everyone that comes to visit comments on how stunning it looks. Excellent service from start to finish even with a few hick ups from the leak, Mark went above and beyond to fit me in his Diary to make my home beautiful again. Mark and his team laid new LVT over some porcelain tiles for us recently and we're so pleased with the results. From start to finish Mark was so helpful, going above and beyond for us to make sure we got the result we wanted and on the day his team were polite, tidy and very respectful of our brand new kitchen which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mark again in the future and would highly recommend.
