We’ve used Ashley for many years to supply and fit carpets and flooring throughout our home, and the service has always been outstanding. Ashley is now based at Marvel Carpets near Willowbrook Garden Centre, and it’s great to see the same excellent service backed by a fantastic showroom.
Ashley is incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is completed to the highest standard. Most recently, Joe and his fellow fitter did a fantastic job with the installation in our bedroom whilst being professional, friendly, hardworking, and with great attention to detail.
When we visited the showroom, we were made to feel welcome straight away. The staff member we spoke to was friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful, taking the time to answer our questions and help us choose the right flooring without any pressure.
From start to finish, Marvel Carpets consistently exceeds expectations. Excellent products, outstanding workmanship, and first-class customer service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ashley and the team to anyone looking for quality flooring and a genuinely reliable service.

Really pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail on our herringbone flooring, particularly the nosing at the top of our stairs.
