We were super impressed with the service we received from Alex at Mazon Flooring. We were looking for a unique kind of engineered oak flooring and there were only a few retailers who supplied it. Alex quickly responded to my initial enquiry and was flexible in arranging an appointment. He assisted us in narrowing down our choice and provided a selection of samples for us to take home to help us to make our final decision. Alex was very communicative and arranged for the flooring to be delivered at our convenience. The flooring was very competitively priced too. We are absolutely thrilled with the flooring itself. It is exactly what we wanted. First rate service from start to finish.

We recently had our stairs, landing, and two bedrooms carpeted by Mazon Flooring, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Chris did a fantastic job with the installation, and a huge thank you to Alex for organising everything so smoothly.
What really stood out was their honesty and expertise. We initially considered getting the ground floor done as well, and Alex came out to assess it. Instead of just going ahead to secure more business, he gave us valuable insight, explaining that it wouldn’t be possible without removing all the tiles. His advice helped us make a much better-informed decision, and we really appreciated the transparency.

We needed new flooring throughout the entire house during an extensive renovation project and were on a tight budget. Alex met us in person to go through our options and was able to achieve exactly what we wanted whilst keeping the quote affordable and within our overall budget. Alex's team arrived to fit the flooring as planned and completed the work to schedule. The quality of both the flooring and fitting is second to none and we are delighted with the work. Mazon were fantastic from start to finish and we would definitely recommend them.

The installation crew was punctual, and they paid great attention to detail, ensuring that every plank was perfectly aligned and that the final product looked flawless. They also left the area spotless when they were done, which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of new flooring—excellent service, top-notch craftsmanship, and beautiful results!
Mazon flooring were highly recommended to us and did not disappoint. They exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. We met Alex at his impressive showroom and chose a Ted Todd herringbone wood floor from the vast display of samples and a very luxurious carpet too. Their meticulous attention to detail can be seen from the photos. The bespoke runner for the staircases on both floors completes the look. I would definitely recommend Mazon flooring and would use them again for any future projects.
