Got the keys to my new place in December and one of my first jobs was to replace the carpets. Ben was recommended to me so I got in touch for a quote. Ben advised me on price and quality of various carpet options and we then agreed a fitting date. I’m redecorating the whole house so price is very much a factor and Ben appreciated this and did all he could to keep it down without compromising on finish.
The carpet fitting was faultless and I couldn’t be happier with the job he’s done. Top guy who is excellent at what he does!
Ben from Moores carpets came to fit our loft carpet today after our renovation. He was amazing and super efficient too! The carpet was a wool carpet which was only £11.99 PER SM! Would 100% recommend Moores carpets and already can’t wait to get my bedroom done!

From the start, Ben was incredibly helpful, coming over multiple times with different flooring samples and even creating a full-size example to help us make the right decision. We never felt rushed and he kept us updated throughout the project, always checking in before making any decisions.
Ben completed our downstairs in a beautiful herringbone LVT and carpeted the entire upstairs to a fantastic standard. Ben even came back on his day off at short notice to finish the downstairs so our bathroom project could stay on schedule, which we really appreciated.
The quality of his work and customer service were outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone!
Top bloke, would highly recommend! Ben carpeted our barn conversion from top to bottom, he was excellent in the lead up, helped us choose what we wanted, easy to communicate with and replied quickly. We had some unexpected set backs which meant we had to push back the carpet fitting which Ben was very understanding about and even came out a second time to go over choices. Nothing was too much trouble!

Gave us fabulous advice on which vinyl would suit our needs, and matched it perfectly to our current flooring. Fitting was fast, and the results are amazing.
