John, the fitter, was an absolute gentleman from start to finish. His workmanship was excellent, he worked efficiently, and completed the entire job in just one day, meaning we didn't have to deal with any mess or disruption overnight.
The finished floor looks fantastic and has completely transformed the space. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality flooring and professional service.

Nothing is ever too much, they really look after their customers and it comes across as soon as you walk in the door. We couldn't recommend them enough.

We recently had new flooring installed by MSC Flooring Swords and are delighted with the results. The workmanship is excellent, with great attention to detail. The floor looks amazing and has completely transformed our home. Professional, reliable, and highly recommended!
Very disappointed with the service provided by MCS. Firstly they turned up with the wrong floors and I had to wait in over 2 hours for them to show up with the correct floors so I could let them into the house. Then the carpet fitter didn’t turn up when they said he would. And then to add insult to injury, they gouged large amounts out of a slab in my back patio when cutting either the doors or the carpet and then denied all knowledge. No one is living at the house and they are the only people that have been in there today so there’s no other explanation. Avoid like the plague if you value your money, we spent 10k and they treated us terribly.
We visited MCS to explore flooring options and were warmly welcomed by David, who guided us through the selection process. He went above and beyond by offering to meet us at our new home during the snagging to assess floor levels. David even brought samples to our new home so we could see them in natural light, which gave us confidence in our final choice. Joan kept in touch with us throughout the whole process, who was friendly and responsive. The installation was completed efficiently in a day, with a high standard of workmanship. The team adjusted the skirtings to fit the new flooring and left the space tidy. We were especially impressed with how they handled the trickier area around the heat pump unit. Overall, MCS delivered a professional service from start to finish, and for that we'd highly recommend them.
