We visited MCS to explore flooring options and were warmly welcomed by David, who guided us through the selection process. He went above and beyond by offering to meet us at our new home during the snagging to assess floor levels. David even brought samples to our new home so we could see them in natural light, which gave us confidence in our final choice. Joan kept in touch with us throughout the whole process, who was friendly and responsive. The installation was completed efficiently in a day, with a high standard of workmanship. The team adjusted the skirtings to fit the new flooring and left the space tidy. We were especially impressed with how they handled the trickier area around the heat pump unit. Overall, MCS delivered a professional service from start to finish, and for that we'd highly recommend them.
Very disappointed with the service provided by MCS. Firstly they turned up with the wrong floors and I had to wait in over 2 hours for them to show up with the correct floors so I could let them into the house. Then the carpet fitter didn’t turn up when they said he would. And then to add insult to injury, they gouged large amounts out of a slab in my back patio when cutting either the doors or the carpet and then denied all knowledge. No one is living at the house and they are the only people that have been in there today so there’s no other explanation. Avoid like the plague if you value your money, we spent 10k and they treated us terribly.

Over the years we have used MCS when buying carpets and also for beds and mattresses. Joan and Bernard have been terrific at all times. They and their staff are easy to deal with, they arrive at agreed times for measurements and fitting, the house was left tidy when they finished, and we were delighted with the results.
We have a daughter with additional needs and they were able to advise us on the various mattresses and also bed heights for best comfort. It has worked out very well and we are very pleased. We would recommend MCS as an excellent choice for good quality choice, price and overall customer service.
I never get around to leaving reviews good or bad but I am so delighted with my new herringbone floors laid by MCS Carpets last week that I had to post a review. The process from the visit to the shop to the fitting was
