My wife and I recently moved into a new home this year which needed new carpets and Micks Carpets came highly recommended.
We could not be happier with the level of service provided by the highly professional and friendly team at Micks Carpets. From the initial measuring up, to the visit to shop to discuss our options, to the fitting and the post fitting service, the team have been incredibly helpful through out.
Not only were we pleased with the carpet fitting, but Micks also offered to turn our off-cuts into a rug, at no additional cost, creating the perfect rug for our wood floored living room.
I will be recommending Micks Carpets to all friends and family going forward, and will absolutely be using them again for any future needs. Thanks guys!

My daughter had a stair and landing carpet fitted today and it looks and feels absolutely fabulous. Ricky has made such a beautiful job. All the staff at Micks Carpets made this a most pleasurable experience. Very many thanks to you all for your efficiency and first class attitude to business. 5* tip top
Visited Mick's carpets to purchase a small amount of lino for a bathroom. Paid for lino and arranged for fitting the following Friday first appointment at 8.30. By 9.30 the fitters had not turned up so called the shop. There seemed like some confusion over the order, but was reassured that someone from the shop would be with us within 30 minutes to fit the lino. Two very polite guys arrived and completed the job. The floor looks good but the silicone around the edges has been applied thickly due to the apparent difficulty of removing old silicone, so it's a shame. I've always use Mick's carpets before so it would not put me off using them again.

Mick's carpets are great!! From the moment I walked in and Caroline and Tony helped me pick a great range of carpets for my house, they know what their talking about. I only went in originally to get a new hall stairs and landing but ended up with bathroom and bedroom as well. The fitters were amazing too, taking into account this whole corona thing. I think the pictures speak for themselves.

In the shop we were treated like friends, having a nice chat, no hard sales only friendly professionalism.
Booking, making payments and getting the numerous rooms measured was quick and easy.
It being fitted was equally as quick and the standard is fantastic, we love the work that's been done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you all!
