Great place to find cheap offcuts of both carpet and vinyl flooring and they offer a full fitting service too. Friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended.
Very impressed. The carpet we wanted wasn’t in stock but it was ordered and fitted within a week, even though it was getting close to Christmas. The fitting job was complex as it was a small cloakroom with lots of pipes, etc. to cut round, but the job was excellent.
I did not contract directly, rather they were contracted by the notoriously poor developer Crest Nicholson. The carpets were identified as defective by Moorland Carpets reps but other reps capitulated to pressure from Crest Nicholson to indicate there was no defect. When Crest were removed from the equation [CRITICAL], Moorland appointed an independent assessor who agreed they were defective, coordinated the various parties including manufacturer who agreed to replace all the carpets and Moorland duly refitted the new carpets, working considerately with all our furnishings.
