Excellent service from Stuart and his fitters. A few hiccups, unforeseen, but I was kept in the loop. My kitchen and hall look amazing. Will definitely use again for the rest of my home.
I genuinely couldn’t recommend Design Floors more highly. I’ve been doing up my house solo and finally got around to replacing the flooring. I had initially seen the Facebook adverts and was impressed enough to go the showroom. So glad that I did! From the beginning Mike and Stuart gave me honest and practical advice. Their evident knowledge and professionalism helped me to choose a product far more suitable to my needs than my late night ‘Pinterest Excursions’ had suggested. I was given the chance to take the substantial example boards home and being able to see the different choices in situ and at different times of day was invaluable. I chose English Oak Luxury Vinyl Tile. From that point on, through the booking in to the installation, the process was faultless. I even ended up with an earlier date at my convenience.
The installation team were just brilliant. An absolute pleasure to have in the house. I felt I was in completely safe and entirely competent hands. The pride they took in their workmanship was very obvious and because of them, I decided to book in a further job and have the same flooring laid throughout the house. They had taken the time to listen to my various ideas and gave solid impartial advice. Massive thank you to David, Allan, and Mike.
You won’t regret deciding to use Design Floors. If I had another house, I would be straight back to them. As an added bonus, the English Oak Luxury Vinyl Tile is such good quality, and having been laid with a skilled aesthetic eye, visitors think I have real wood flooring.
Fantastic local company. Great advice was offered in store and all work was carried out in a very timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble and my vision was brought to life. Delighted with my new carpet and stair runner. I will definetly be back!
Mike, Sue and the 3 fitters that came and fitted the flooring in our home have all been exceptional. Great service from the start to finish. It began with a message on Facebook and they have been really responsive, transparent and great value. They offered solutions to the flooring as the spaces are big but wanted a mix of value and quality. I will absolutely use them again. Thank you for your advice and patience.
Very helpful and friendly team. Everything went very smoothly from first stepping into the showroom to final fitting. The quality of fitting is excellent, they worked quickly and efficiently and the guys couldn't have been more helpful with moving furniture and clearing up. They have a good selection of carpets across the price range. The price we paid was very reasonable for the quality of the carpet and we would not hesitate to use them again. More than happy to give them 5 stars.
