We have been very fortunate to have come across Natural Choice Wood Floors based in Drayton. The service from start to finish has been excellent. Duane was extremely helpful in showing us different styles of flooring and answering questions we had throughout the process. The entire team have been really good and Jim and Mike did an amazing job of fitting the Spanish Cherry herring bone individual tiles. It was a complex and fiddly job that has resulted in beautiful flooring in our hallway. They were absolutely meticulous in their fitting of the tiles and it is simply seamless. Clearly they have great pride in their work. We are delighted with the Karndean flooring and the service we have had from everyone at Natural Choice Wood Floors. Thank you.
Had my floors sanded and oiled by David and George at Natural Choice Wood Floors. They were previously varnished a very dark reddy orangey hue and I was keen for them to look more natural and be able to see the wood grain. I couldn't be more delighted with the result - they look beautiful and much brighter and lighter!
The process was very quick with minimal disruption; sanding done on first day followed by first coat of oil then second coat the next morning. Would definitely recommend - very experienced, capable and friendly too!

The delivery turnaround time was amazing too - the product was all delivered about 36hrs after the order was placed. I'd highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in future.
A little over one month ago, we had come to David and his team to fit a new oak floor upstairs. When they came for the final inspection to make sure everything would go smoothly, we requested rather last minute (especially for as busy as they are) to also have the downstairs floor redone as well. They were able to accomodate us and have both jobs done within the week so we could move in on time the following week.
The quality of their flooring is not only superb, but they were extremely fast and efficient in getting it fitted, especially with how uneven the floor is in various parts due to the house's natural ageing. We were extremely pleased with their communication and openness in what was feasible, and also in their recommendations in what would look good.
To David and the team, thanks for helping us make our house feel like a home!
