Had a really friendly and helpful experience with New Image carpets. They went out of their way to make sure I got all the help I needed with a service I was after. Called the number provided to me and someone came to the house and completed the job there and then, I was extremely happy with how lovely of a service they provided all around and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for carpets and flooring. I will be keeping in mind for future for anything else needed. Thank you so much.
This is the second time we have used New Image Carpets and I don’t see any reason to go anywhere else! Good selection of vinyl flooring, reasonably priced, excellent customer service and fitted to perfection! Would highly recommend
Used New Image Carpets for the first time, they gave an excellent service from start to finish. The range of carpets was extensive at a very competitive price. All staff were knowledgeable & helpful, particularly James, nothing was a problem.
We've recarpeted the entire house over a 4 week staggered timescale. Particular thanks to the fitters, Matty & Ross who were friendly & professional and their attention to detail was excellent.
I would highly recommend their service.
