Nigel and the team at Byroms were fantastic from start to finish. Following a last-minute emergency at our hotel, we urgently needed a new bed and were struggling to find a supplier who could meet our timescales.
Not only did Byroms arrange for the bed to be manufactured immediately, but Nigel himself went above and beyond by personally collecting it from the manufacturer to ensure it arrived on time. From placing the order to delivery took less than 48 hours.
The service, communication and commitment to helping us out were exceptional. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days, and we are incredibly grateful for their support.
I couldn't recommend Nigel and the Byroms team highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.
My Mum has just had several carpets provided and laid by Nigel Byroms. The service and communication from start to finish has been outstanding. Everything has been spot on and the three fitters today, Aaron, Morgan and Chris have been superb. Great attention to detail, highly professional with nothing too much trouble. Can't speak highly enough about their workmanship and work ethic. Mum was absolutely delighted with the carpets. Highly recommended, well done and thank you Nigel Byroms.
Very happy with all of our floors and carpets done by Byrom's over he years. Always excellent service and great choice of products. Love our bathroom floor recently done by them.
I emailed Nigel Byroms to help rectify a problem with our lounge carpet at our holiday home, ( not initially fitted by Nigel Byroms)
Within minutes Aaron replied and arranged for their carpet fitters to call. They arrived as arranged and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.
I would certainly recommend them and will 100% be in touch with them for any other flooring purchases. We have dealt with Nigel previously and always receive a superb service.
