first class service from first measure to fitting, the fitters were lovely, respectful, polite and tidy. A landing and stair carpet laid in under 2 hours, they even managed to make a beautiful job round a funny shaped stair and newel post.The final product looks amazing. A+
Not difficult to get to friendly and helpful staff. We live in Blyth, and it took us about 15 minutes to get what we went there for and back home. Highly recommended as the cost was very good., and only good quality to boot too. They have a good range of carpets with prices to them. We'd go further to say if you're looking at having your carpets fitted you not do better than hiring Northumbria Flooring to do the job for you.
Got them out to take measurements and said they'd ring me back Saturday 18th January heard nothing so rang the following Monday and said they'd get back to me by Wednesday- heard nothing. Rang back Friday and they said they'd get back to me with prices that afternoon and ofc it is now 2nd February and I've still heard nothing. Such a let down as I chose my flooring and everything. Disappointing customer service if you ask me!!!
