7 year's ago my mum bought her bathroom from NPM and used a fitter called kieran brown. It was still looks as good today as it did 7 year's ago. So I decided to get in touch with kieran and he designed me a bathroom, i went to NPM and spoke with the salesman and got some good advice and we purchased everything we wanted. Kieran gave us a start date and the work went as planned from start to finish. I can't recommend kieran highly enough, excellent work, polite and professional. We had a wet room and it's outstanding, first class job. If you're thinking of getting a new bathroom then go to NPM and ask for kieran to fit it.

First class experience from start to finish. Had my bathroom designed in just over a day, invited back in to choose my tiles, fixtures fittings etc and given a quotation. Unfortunately my own installer let me down, they recommend one of the ones that works alongside them and I couldn't be happier with the standard of work, communication and cleanliness which they left the house in. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Excellent advice, guidance and patience every step of the way choosing our new bathroom now wet room! Louis and David were so helpful in the showroom. Our fitter - Peter - worked so hard and did a fabulous professional job. Everything was left spotless. We are delighted. Would highly recommend.

Had our new bathroom from npm , Louis in store was amazing and didn't pressure us with hard sell , just let us pick what we wanted ,, then daric came to fit our bathroom , did everything to electrics, fitting and tiling , amazing work and iv never known a tidier worker , so pleased and our bathroom is gorgeous ,, thank you so much
