We couldn’t be happier with Oaks Flooring team in Tunbridge Wells, the service has been outstanding. They offered genuine, helpful advice without any pressure, and their pricing was completely transparent. Transforming a hallway and bedroom the fitting itself was done to an exceptionally high standard, you can really see the care and craftsmanship in their work.
John and Matt also went above and beyond liaising with the Bexleyheath branch, who stepped in to carpet my parents house throughout after they were let down by another company, passing on carpet choices and updating fitting notes.
Very happy customers, we will definitely be using Oaks Flooring in the future.
Great experience with Oaks Flooring in Tunbridge Wells. The staff at the showroom are really helpful and professional. New lino in a kitchen has transformed the space, replacing a very tired 80s lino with a new wood effect version. The old lino was completely removed and the new one laid professionally with good judgement (in a space where nothing was completely straight!). Likewise flooring in a smally lobby where we chose to replace scruffy carpet with floor matting to deal with muddy shoes. Finally, a new carpet for a cinema room laid onto extra thick underlay has given that room a sumptuous feel. Going local and supporting the businesses that serve our community is an easy choice when they are this good! Highly recommend.
We've used Oaks Flooring maybe half a dozen times over the last 15 years. They've always been great. Reasonable pricing, responsive to queries, and polite fitters :)
The staff are always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The fitters are friendly and first rate , The recent carpeting I have purchased is fitted excellently and looks superb. Many thanks.
I have used Oaks Flooring in High Brooms now for many years transforming both my current and new house with all my carpets and hard flooring of various types.
They are always 100% professional & efficient, and always deliver what they say they will when they say so. They have been absolutely trustworthy so much so that I have no concerns leaving my keys with them.
They are neat and tidy and always leave their jobs complete and fully cleaned ready to use.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. Great value too which is as important now as ever.
