We had a great experience with Oaks flooring. We undertook a full home renovation and Oaks supplied and installed our oak floorboards, carpets and LVT.
We found Alistair really helpful when we visited the shop to decide on our floor finishes. He was knowledgeable and patient, ordering multiple samples for us and answering our many questions.
The team did a great job installing and we're so happy with the result. The oak is stunning, and we are also so pleased with our carpet finish.

From my first visit to the showroom, Amber was knowledgeable and patient ( I change my mind a million times) she walked me through all my options for luxury vinyl planks and engineered wood, helping me find the perfect colour, design and style to match our home. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision.
The installation was just as impressive. The crew arrived right on time and were incredibly efficient. They were respectful of my home, carefully moving furniture and cleaning up thoroughly each day. Their attention to detail was top notch, especially the intricate cuts around my cabinets and fireplace. The work was completed exactly to the schedule Amber had relayed to us.
I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. The new floors look stunning and have completely transformed the space. I would highly recommend Oaks Flooring to anyone in need of high-quality flooring and outstanding customer service.
Oaks flooring laid vinyl tiles in our lounge 4 years ago. It recently started to bubble up in several areas where the substrate under the latex was failing. They came and assessed it and advised they had been told incorrectly about the best technique for laying vinyl tiles on old marley floor tiles. They relaid and repaired the whole area for free with no fuss. Great service.
Oaks Flooring were very efficient from the day I ordered some quality vinyl tile flooring for my bathroom and en-suite. The process, from order to completion, was well-executed and the finished effect was most pleasing. The Fitter, Charlie, did an excellent job, and left both rooms very clean and tidy.
