4 months agoViv and Steve Hemingway. We have just had our staircase modernised and needed to replace the flooring of the hall, staircase and landing. We decided to have LVT flooring in the hall and carpets on the stairs and landing. After looking at various companies, we decided to let Oates flooring do the work for us, what a wise decision that was. Martin was knowledgeable and very helpful. Dave the LVT fitter and Robbie the carpet fitter both did a brilliant job. We can't recommend Oates flooring highly enough,

8 months agoHad these guys recommended by a friend and I can highly recommend them too. From the minute we walked in Martin was really helpful and informative, and most importantly not a pushy salesman!! He was more than happy to lend us large samples from his displays to take home. Once we ordered he kept me constantly up to date with delivery dates. The standard/quality of the flooring is also first class. So happy with it.

Nothing was too much trouble and David at Oates was always on hand to help with all our queries over styles and colouring. A great service all round and thanks again 👍

2 months agoCalled at Oates flooring as we could not find the flooring we wanted in the larger stores. Very helpful staff and able to take sample boards home to ensure correct one for our kitchen. Wanted supply only. Martin’s advice for fitting was very helpful. Excellent service throughout.
