Oxford City Flooring

We recently had our downstairs, shared living room and dining area, flooring changed from carpet to engineered wood and we chose Oxford City Flooring to do the job and we're incredibly happy we did. From an initial phone call enquiry with a Bianca, to a home visit to measure up for a more precise quote with an Andy (one of the company directors), to the final job being undertaken by an Andy, (different one), Ash and an Abs, everything was conducted in a highly professional and friendly manner. The final floor turned out excellent and we're delighted with it! All 3 members of the team fitting the floor were approachable and conscientious. They went above and beyond and made sure we were happy with flooring piece choices as the job went on, informed us of decisions that had to be made with regards to trimming doors down and just made sure that everything looked as great as it could be. They also left the place in a clean, tidy fashion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oxford City Flooring to anyone for their flooring needs and we'll certainly be using them again, say we wish to make further changes down the line. They're great at what they do, well priced and all very nice people too. Thanks again! Graeme, Lisa & Max

Excellent customer service from start to finish and we’re so happy with our new flooring! Oxford City flooring were quick to respond, provided a really competitive quote and their communication is brilliant. Bryn who came out and fitted our carpets and flooring was fantastic - highly skilled, SO clean and tidy and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I’d recommend to my friends and family without hesitation. After 8 months of building work in our home and dealing with different trades, Oxford City Flooring were a breath of fresh air and fantastic the whole way through.

Oxford City Flooring have been great from start to finish. From initial quotes (and me changing my mind several times) to installation and after care. Really professional team with great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

We couldn't be happier with Oxford City Flooring. They installed Amtico flooring across our ground floor and bathrooms, and fitted carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the beginning, Bianca was wonderful in helping us select from a myriad of choices, Andy was super responsive in the planning and put together a clear quote. Kraig, Simon and the team of installers were an absolute joy. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting everything perfect was so impressive. The result is beautiful and gave us a fantastic beginning for our new home. I highly recommended Oxford City Flooring, thank you to the whole team!

Craig and his team at Oxford City Flooring were fantastic from start to finish. They accommodated my request, booked me in quickly, and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Despite a peak heatwave, they managed to lay flooring across my entire four‑bedroom home and living area in just two days — super speedy without compromising quality. The finish is excellent, the communication was reassuring, and the whole experience felt smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommend their professional service
