Great family run business and fantastic service! Very patient when we were choosing the colours, of which there is a huge selection. The carpets were ordered in very quickly and our entire flat carpeted to an exceptionally high standard. All the rooms look amazing. Highly recommend to anyone purchasing new carpets. Amazing service from the team! From the customer service in the shop to the fitters. All very polite and done an amazing job.
I had all the bedrooms done and stairs and landings in carpet then the downstairs done in herringbone!
Can’t fault their work at all highly recommend!
Recently had my hard floors downstairs & carpets upstairs installed by Parliament Carpets.
Very pleased with the service and the quality!

DISGUSTING behaviour by Cia who came to give a quote to my landlord, but was exceptionally rude when I asked him to remove his shoes and wash his hands!
I have bone cancer and am very unwell, so cannot afford to have anyone bringing bacterial infections into my flat.
DO NOT USE THESE UNCARING, IGNORANT, CREATURES!
