I had my lounge carpet fitted last Wednesday by Carl. The carpet looks amazing and was fitted to a very high standard. Jenny directed me to exactly the perfect carpet when I went to the showroom and the price was more competitive than other carpet shops. Thank you Penn Hill Carpets I'm so happy
Right from the word go Penn Hill flooring have been great. Jenny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the shop, and Carl was polite, friendly and respectful when doing the measurement appointment as well as the actual fitting. Extremely pleased with how everything looks, thanks both (plus the extra carpet fitter who helped Carl).
Wouldn’t recommend. The gentleman (bold) was rude and arrogant. Not that he should be considering our carpet came up 2 weeks after instalment! Refused to come and fix as “this never happens” claims Jenny. Had it been fixed maybe I’d have a different perspective. Accidents happen but manors cost nothing!! It’s 2025.
Never use again.

was polite and efficient when measuring up and explained about the fitting process. On the day the two fitters layed the stair carpet and living room carpet perfectly and efficiently. Both polite and considerate. We are extremely pleased with the result and Penn Hill Flooring will always be our first choice.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jenny and Carl and all at Penn Hill Flooring. We had our whole house renovated and they did the carpet upstairs and hard wood flooring downstairs. Excellent service from the start of the process till the end (which was almost a year). Nothing was too much trouble, including allowing us to take sample flooring home to check the light, and having the carpets fitted as and when the builders had finished, which involved a few visits. Great local, family run company who deserve to be supported. Thanks for a great service.
