From the moment I stepped into their showroom in Teddington, to the completion of the installation, I have received a warm and first-rate service from the Phil Irwin team. Excellent service - no pressure - warm and friendly and no-fuss at any stage of the purchase.
For full disclosure, I did contact another carpet service in Teddington but didn't even get a reply. And the other, bigger chain, were quite pushy and condescending towards me as a single female.
Would highly recommend.

This business is so professional and helpful. I wanted a bathroom floor tiled with Amtico tiles, Natalie and Sam are knowledgeable and gave really sound advice. The communication was excellent and the final job (Darren) was to a very high standard, I am very pleased.
