From the moment I stepped into their showroom in Teddington, to the completion of the installation, I have received a warm and first-rate service from the Phil Irwin team. Excellent service - no pressure - warm and friendly and no-fuss at any stage of the purchase.
For full disclosure, I did contact another carpet service in Teddington but didn't even get a reply. And the other, bigger chain, were quite pushy and condescending towards me as a single female.

Very happy with the service given by Sam and John from Phil Irwin Carpets and Flooring. Sam came around to estimate and got the quote to me promptly and the carpet ordered and ready for fitting within a couple of weeks. I had to delay the fitting but that wasn’t a problem for them and they quickly offered another date. John did a sterling job on his own and in the heat fitting stairs, landing and bedroom. Very friendly and polite, worked really, really hard, very neatly and I’m delighted with the finished result. Thank you very much indeed to you both. I will definitely recommend you to friends and use again.
