Rainhill Flooring were recommended by the company designing and fitting our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. Mark came out within a day of calling; measured up and gave us a quote we were more than happy with. We had the whole of the downstairs flooring replaced - It took Tony 3 days to screed and lay the floor and he did a perfect job.

I honestly can’t recommend Rainhill flooring warehouse enough. From the very first phone call, the service was exceptional.
A special mention to Paul, who I originally spoke to. He went absolutely above and beyond trying to arrange a suitable date and get someone out to measure for me.
Mark then came out to do the measurements and was fantastic. He went back to the shop, came back with loads of carpet samples for me to look through, and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. I chose the carpet I loved, took a photo of the sticker on the back of the sample and ordered it that evening via WhatsApp — it really was that easy!
And the speed of the whole process was amazing. Everything was sorted on the Friday, I received a call on the Monday to say the carpet had arrived and that they had arranged a fitter for me, and by Tuesday it was fitted! From ordering to having it fitted in just a few days — absolutely brilliant.
Finally, a huge thank you to Tony, who did the fitting. He was a lovely fella and did an amazing job. The carpet looks absolutely stunning and I’m so, so happy with it.
Paul, Mark and Tony — thank you all so much for going above and beyond. You’ve provided fantastic customer service from beginning to end, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rainhill flooring warehouse to anyone.

Fantastic job from start to finish mark was such a help in negotiating all the different styles and products on offer we chose engineered board and went with mark’s advice to have it glued to screeded floor this was fitted by Craig good lad and friendly professional and left us so happy with the finish.

Mark & Paul were fantastic with us. Such a hassle free process, all the simple parts of customer service done right and the end product is brilliant! Great value, plenty of options to choose from and also provided a joiner to fix a stair and some loose floorboards. Highly recommend!
