I recently bought a mattress from Right Price and was helped by Chris, who was fantastic from start to finish. He really listened to what we wanted, had excellent product knowledge, and explained our options clearly without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. Chris made us feel completely at ease and helped us choose a mattress that suits us perfectly. We walked away with a fantastic mattress and a great customer experience. Appalling customer service! My husband and I called in today as we were pricing around for carpets and vinyl- I appreciate they shut at 5:30pm, however, we arrived in the shop at 5:22 and only had to price their carpet briefly to finalise our decision. Upon entering the store we were greeted with dirty looks from the members of staff behind the till (one man and woman). We chose to ignore this and proceeded to ask what carpet they had within our price range and in the quality we wanted. This was met with a somewhat audible sigh from the woman, who then removed her coat (that was clearly put on prematurely) and threw it off, while the man brought his phone out to check the time. We were lead to a carpet on a roll that was not what we were looking for price wise nor was it as soft as some others we had found earlier in the day so we got the answer we needed, thanked the woman and wished her a pleasant evening which unfortunately garnered no response either (We were back out of the shop by 5:25). After the way we were treated we would not be purchasing from them regardless of price or quality and will be advising all friends and family etc to steer clear! An extra 5 minute drive into the town to small cost carpets and it was a totally different experience! If you want quality at a low cost with proper assistance/friendly staff, I would highly recommend going there instead!

I’ve recently purchased carpets for some rentals i have and couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish. the lad chris in there was top notch and i’ll definitely be in again for future carpets.
