3 months agoBrilliant experience with Ross Hughes. We had LVT fitted throughout the whole downstairs area, and Cameron completed the work to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the result. He was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout, and we would definitely recommend them. They are very knowledgeable, and the preparation that goes into the work is clearly done to ensure it lasts. You also have peace of mind knowing that if any issues arise, they will resolve them at no extra cost. We had a minor issue after installation, and it was dealt with quickly and without any problems.

3 weeks agoReally impressed with the service and efficiency. Needed a specific door plate urgently and had been to several shops that quoted silly money or lead times of 2 weeks. Went here and it arrived next day, exactly the same door plate and at a fair price. Great customer service

The team were professional and helpful throughout the procurement process, making everything straightforward and stress-free. The installation itself was carried out to perfection, with great attention to detail. It’s clear they take real pride in their work. On top of that, they left the house immaculate at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Adrian and his team for their hard work and dedication. 3 months agoWe were looking for new flooring to replace dated porcelain tiles in our holiday home. Ross Hughes Flooring in Caernarfon was recommended so I visited and was highly impressed with the service. Adrian in the shop was extremely helpful in recommending the best lvt flooring for a beach house and three dogs and I wasn’t pressured into just buying the most expensive make. When it came to fitting everything was organised remotely as we weren’t at the property - the fitters were punctual, tidy and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ross Hughes flooring again.
