Russell was so helpful in helping us select a stair runner. We had an appointment at there show room and then were able to test the samples at home. Throughout the process, services have been excellent. Delivery from ordering to fitting was very quick and our stair runner looks fantastic! All staff were excellent and the runner was installed to a very high standard. Thank you so much :)
Very professional service from Russell and his team from first enquiry until completion, fitting wood laminate flooring in much of our flat - and all arranged and done very quickly with minimal disruption! Happy to recommend Russdales and good to support a local business.
Excellent service. Russell was extremely helpful when I visited the shop to select the carpets. Carpets were laid over 2 days by 2 different teams- both were very professional, friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend Russdales Flooring and would definitely use them again. Many thanks to Russell and the 2 teams
If Russdales made Lager, it would definitely be Carlsberg! Absolute perfection, great service combined with amazing knowledge and expertise. We had the Amtico Flooring and all of our Carpets replaced. Absolutely delighted. Thanks
