Thank you to Andy and Michelle and also Richard and Nicholas who laid our new carpets. We have used Savill Flooring previously and were as happy as we always are with their service. Always prompt to reply, attention to detail, great service and would highly recommend Savill Flooring.
When I first used thy were brilliant and would have given 5 stars. Now they've moved to an industrial estate, I think they are after bigger jobs than flooring the small room I needed done. I've been left with half the floor done and the condensation problem not sorted. In addition, I bought two packs of flooring, and the half pack they didn't use hasn't been returned to me despite me asking, as I wanted it to do my porch - some might call this theft.
I don’t usually leave the reviews for anything but I have to now. I have use savill flooring previously to install carpets and now LVT flooring and I must say the communication with them was very good, quick quote and very good price. The fitters were very knowledgeable, quick and good. Very happy with my new floor and I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future. Thank you for everything. Very happy customer
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Very professional service but with that added comfort of dealing with a family business that care for their customers.
Can highly recommend.
Brought my carpet from here for my bedrooms, landing and stairs last year. Great service, quality and price. Very patient with me also as I changed my mind about what I wanted a few times! I am very happy with the final result and even a year later people comment on how lovely the carpet is!
