When I first used thy were brilliant and would have given 5 stars. Now they've moved to an industrial estate, I think they are after bigger jobs than flooring the small room I needed done. I've been left with half the floor done and the condensation problem not sorted. In addition, I bought two packs of flooring, and the half pack they didn't use hasn't been returned to me despite me asking, as I wanted it to do my porch - some might call this theft.
I don’t usually leave the reviews for anything but I have to now. I have use savill flooring previously to install carpets and now LVT flooring and I must say the communication with them was very good, quick quote and very good price. The fitters were very knowledgeable, quick and good. Very happy with my new floor and I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future. Thank you for everything. Very happy customer

Brought my carpet from here for my bedrooms, landing and stairs last year. Great service, quality and price. Very patient with me also as I changed my mind about what I wanted a few times! I am very happy with the final result and even a year later people comment on how lovely the carpet is!

Their communication was consistently clear and timely, and the personal touch made the whole process enjoyable. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
