I honestly couldn’t be happier with my new flooring. The quality of the wood is absolutely gorgeous and has completely transformed the room. The finish is flawless, and you can really see the care and attention to detail that went into every part of the installation.
The fitter was punctual, friendly, professional and took real pride in his work. Everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard, leaving the place clean and tidy afterwards.
I was also pleasantly surprised that they managed to fit me in much sooner than I was expecting, which was a huge bonus.
If you’re looking for a company that provides excellent customer service, superb workmanship and beautiful quality flooring, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. A genuine five-star experience from beginning to end. Thank you so much – I’m absolutely delighted with the result! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Scott and the team were great every step of the way. Scott himself came over a number of times with samples and gave us his time and gave us his opinion where needed.
When it came to fitting, they started when they said they would, and worked at the weekend to ensure the job was finished on time.
Overall we’re really happy with our new flooring and would recommend Scott’s Flooring to anyone thinking of having new flooring.
Scott provide an excellent service. He came and gave some good and genuine advice around what floor to have and what style. He cared about the finer details. The floor was laid with good attention to detail and looks really good. There was an issue with the threshold bars to the bedrooms. He provided good aftercare service and rectified the issue.
Scott’s flooring is an excellent company for LVT flooring. The guys are very thorough and very professional in what they do. The price is good and fair instalments until you are satisfied.
Scott and Wayne from Scott’s Flooring have just laid a new Luxury Vinyl Tile floor in a sophisticated herringbone design which has transformed our 1930’s Art Deco style house bringing a new fresh contemporary look to our much-loved home, we are thrilled with their work and results.
Bizarrely, as I was researching online for suitable suppliers, Scott’s van passed by my front window and I took the chance to phone him, he arranged to come back to me later that afternoon. From that very first point of contact with Scott his service has been superb, he has offered intelligent and valuable advice, and has helped us choose the right product for all our practical needs whilst also having a sensitive awareness visual aesthetics/decoration (even matching the colour of the tiles and pattern of the tiles to tiles to the decking outside our bifold doors).
Throughout all the planning and practical work Scott has been extremely well organised and efficient providing clear advice and guidance. Scott and Wayne worked with great efficiency over a two-day period; resulting with an outstanding level finished work. They were extremely clean and tidy workers and enjoyed a warm and friendly dialogue throughout their time with us.
We are so very impressed with working with Scott’s Flooring and will certainly use them again on our next project and we would not hesitate in recommending Scott’s Flooring with great enthusiasm and confidence.
